Linda Murphy, MEd, MA, LMHC
Founder and Counselor

If you are feeling stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed in your relationship, you don’t have to face it alone. I help individuals and couples navigate the challenges that can make love and connection feel difficult. Whether it’s trouble communicating, feeling hurt or misunderstood, healing from a past relationship, or navigating the pain of a breakup or divorce, I provide a safe and supportive space where you can explore what is happening and find a path forward.

I understand how hard relationship issues can be. I too have experienced the pain, loneliness, and confusion that come when a relationship feels off track. It can be all consuming. I also know there is hope and healing, and whether that ultimately comes from the relationship itself or its ending, even difficult situations can lead to growth, stronger connections, and a more fulfilling life.

In our sessions, you will be heard, supported, and guided in a safe and judgment-free space. My approach is compassionate and practical, focused on helping you address the real challenges in your relationships. Together, we will work on improving communication, setting healthy boundaries, managing conflict, and navigating difficult emotions. I provide actionable strategies and insights that help you feel less stuck, gain clarity about your situation, and build confidence in your ability to make choices that support your well-being and the health of your relationships.

My goal is to help you feel supported, understood, and equipped to create the relationships and life you truly want. You can move forward with clarity and confidence.
